If you need to return something, please send it back to us in original condition within 10 days of purchase. Please also enclose your original invoice or your order number. Please be advised that postage and packing charges are not refundable. Damaged or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us via our Contact Us centre.

We will make every effort to send out your order within 48 hours, if not the same day, after the receipt of your payment. Cheques may need 4 working days for clearance. Domestic posting methods include normal post and express post.
